With a BCom Law degree from The University of the Western Cape, Rithaa has been with Medi Practice since 2016 and performs many general management and human resources responsibilities in addition to his CFO role.

He enjoys working closely with staff as well as clients, assisting with financial reporting, data analysis and problem solving. He has a strong interest in process development and the management thereof.

In his spare time, he enjoys listening to podcasts on a broad range of topics, early morning runs and visiting new places with his family whenever the opportunity presents itself.
